I've been doing a bunch of research on this guy and what I'm finding is pretty startling!
Let's just say it really involves 2012 in a big time way!

This appears to be the first official (that is, legal) document allowed by the elusive organization known as Majestic-12 (MJ-12). A few years later President Eisenhower and a delegation from MJ-12 and other key members of the power elite at that time met with representatives of a group of aliens from Zeta Reticuli and so began a series of treaties with them. Dr Burisch, who as one of the top negotiators for MJ-12 of this treaty, also admits to working on the following projects:
"Project Preserve Destiny", which goes back to before 1960 and which is concerned with efforts to prepare at least some segments of the human population for the cataclysms expected in the 2012 time-frame.
"Project Lotus", which is concerned with developing a model to utilize the miraculous Ganesh Particle to heal everything from earthly ecosystems to the human body, including cancer.
"Project Aquarius", which is a Top Secret project that was started in 1953 and was set up to accumulate as much data as possible about alien life forms and to distribute the collected information to the relevant authorities. This included Dr. Burisch’s work with one EBE, or alien, in helping to find a cure for a neurological degradation suffered by it.
"Project Preserve Mother", which involved the deployment of the Ganesh Particles in the polluted waters of Cabrillo Bay outside Los Angeles, CA in an effort to clean up the ecosystem there.
Dr. Burisch, a highly religious former seminarian as well as decorated war hero, is deeply concerned with the implications of his work, which includes helping to develop an antidote for Gulf War Syndrome despite the rumors that he was an author of such bio-weapons. As he himself states on one of the surveillance tapes leaked to myself, "I went in there to stop a pandemic. And we did…we stopped a pandemic. There were people still injured by the foolish actions of the Committee’s team….the Illuminists’ team within the Committee, anyway. It was a rogue military unit’s action with mycoplasma that we counteracted." At the time of the initial deployment of the Ganesh Particle off the coast of Florida in 2002, an effort to ameliorate the effects of Blackwater (a yearly phenomenon involving algae strangling the marine environment in the Gulf of Mexico), little was known of the effect of this Ganesh Particle in a large-scale application. Unfortunately, the GPs tended to exacerbate the problem, not lessen it. Allegedly dozens of deaths were attributed to flesh-eating bacteria that had been enhanced by the GPs. Again good intentions went astray, and even Dr. Burisch was angry that his discovery had been used without his permission before he had developed sufficient safeguards.
The fact is that Dr. Burisch has been not only present but has participated in work taking place quietly behind the scenes that is alleged to help humanity carry on in a future that will be vastly different than what we can imagine today. Ever since the formation of MJ-12, this organization has worked to arrange funding and distribution of movies, films, television series, specials and even commercials that have brought the message to the public over the past fifty years that not only are we are not alone, there exists the reality that interstellar and time travel does occur, that wormholes or ‘stargates’ do in fact exist, and that there are cataclysmic scenarios that have a basis in historic and scientific fact. Until now, this has only been entertainment, but many efforts underway in the field of research & development have also taken place that are also to help prepare us for a time of great change. In fact, much of the technology of our computer age comes as a direct result of harvesting the wreckage of Roswell and other crashes to develop the transistor, lasers, silicon computer chips, night-vision, etc. We can either thank or curse MJ-12 for quietly assisting private industry in making this technology useful in our world of today and the one to come as well.
Much of this is now history, and the reader can learn of these things in detail from the vast body of literature contributed by first-hand witnesses and researchers. Yet, for the most part, these researchers seem to be primarily interested in pointing to unexplained phenomenon as a means to generate book sales and other income from speaking engagements, seminars, etc., rather than an honestapproach to "telling the world" of things that may be quite unpleasant to John and Jane Doe but will help prepare them. It could very well be that if the government were to come clean with the public, there would be no ‘mystery’ for these researchers, no future for speculative (and expensive!) books and magazines. No longer would the truth be a commodity they can mine subjectively and at will. For this reason, expect attacks on this story as its implications sink in.
For any reader that may question our experiences, they can take comfort in the fact that the evidence presented here is only in signature form on a General Affidavit and decide for themselves if it is real or not. But what I also found was interesting, there's a book that was published in 1997 called Eagles Disobey which BJ Wold, Dan, and a person named Butch Howell. Now Butch Howell died for some reason on this books release and the book is no longer available on Amazon, but I did some researching and found that YES, Butch Howell did die in 1997:

I've decided to go forward and tell what has happened. I think that at this
point it is the only way that I am going to survive. I think also that Dr. Dan
Burisch might be the target of reprisal, unless I can get this information to
the public in such a manner that the government will be reluctant to move him
and screw with his memories again, for fear that people will know what they are
doing.
First, Dan and I have worked through the last two years on this book project
Eagles Disobey: The Case for Inca City, Mars, and subsequently, on Eagles
Undefeated. I came to care for him deeply during that time, so when he
disappeared on Nov. 24th, 1998 from his place of employment, and his house
turned up empty when I went by to check, the very next day, I became deeply
afraid. He had discussed the fact that the people he used to work for were
planning to discharge him, and were therefore making certain memory adjustments
in order to protect classified information that was contained in his memory. He
went up north during the early part of the month (november 1998) in order to
have the first part of the process performed.
December 29th, 1998 I received a FAX from someone identifying themselves as "A
Friend" with a flight schedule for Dan Burisch, and the arrival time at Las
Vegas International Airport circled.
I went to the airport and saw Dan coming up the ramp. I said hello, and he
looked at me as though he had never seen me before in his life. He veered away
and attempted to depart the area. I approached him again and showed him a photo
of the two of us. He agreed to listen to what I had to say, and demanded to
know just who the hell I was.
After some discussion, I learned that not only did he fail to remember me, but
he had no idea he had written Eagles Disobey: The Case for Inca City, Mars. He
had no idea who Butch Howell was (Butch was his dearest friend - the co-author
who died in the process of producing the book) nor who Robert Charles was -
another co-author.
When I showed him a photo of him standing beside his mother and father, he
asked me who those people were...he did not know his own parents. He told me
that he knew who his parents were, and those people were not them.
What makes this so frightening is the fact that I know Doty and John
personally, and have for a while now..... I know that there is something
seriously wrong here.
It should be noted here that shortly after Dan's disappearance, I received two
letters in the mail, post marked Roswell NM, which allegedly contained his
signature. When I showed these to Dan, he flatly denied that it was his
signature, and said he did not know anything about the letters.
What's more, Dan is absolutely convinced that he never had a Ph.D in
microbiology eventhough I produced evidence of that in the form of Who's Who in
Science and Engineering, Who's Who in the West Etc....
Dan has had his memories altered - significantly altered. He was moved to
Mississippi, and put in a highly placed business position. I would prefer not
to say where he is actually working because it could damage his livelihood. If
anyone wishes to talk to him and ascertain the truth of these statements, I
would be glad to put you in quiet contact with him. This whole thing could get
him fired.
Dan even volunteered to allow me to polygraph him, to prove that he is not
lying when he says he knows nothing about these aspects of his past.
Any agency that goes to the time, effort and expense of doing something this
incredible - has got to be pretty damned upset that I have told him about what
has happened, and shown him documentary evidence of his past.
I am preparing more information to follow - including excerpts from videotaped
discussions ostensibly made during a debriefing concerning the initial phases
of the project which led up to the EBE Briefing Document (Q-94-109A). This tape
came into my possession from an anonymous source, much like the FAX which
directed me to the correct airline and gave me his arrival time on Dec. 30th.
Please read this, and redirect it to as many lists, and individuals as
possible. I am very afraid that I am in danger as a result of my contact with
Dan, and the fact that I have upset their carefully laid plans.
If the person who sent me the FAX or the videotape is reading this - please
contact me immediately.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara; and son, Joey Ahmed, both of Las Vegas; mother, Frances Young of Wichita, Kan.; and sisters, Sharon McCarty of Owensville, Mo., and Robin Young and Debbie Allen, both of Wichita.
Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday in Davis Funeral Home.

The situation is, that the location of the disease makes me a poor candidate for direct intervention (open chest), so there has been a raging debate underway between two sets of cardiologists who have been managing my illness.
dr dan burisch : One wants to continue me with EECP. However, after nearly a week of treatment, during two successive occasions, I developed such a ravenous migraine that I could not continue. The other however, remains the one with the medication……..-maintenance aggressive physician.
