An expert, if truly so, may have come to too many conclusions, making them ex-pertinent to the bigger picture as it is revealed. As for myself, I'm more of a why-pert , basing what pertinence I bring to the public forum upon an almost dizzying array of traceable relevancies extending into a veritable infinitude of why-relevancies.
