it is interesting isn’t it Wil. It strikes me too that if the way out for the energies at play on that time are pointing to Jupiter in Gemini, then the world could find growth through a youthful fresh approach to learning and communication. Maybe the internet (communication) will play a key part, and maybe the youth of the world, will awaken out of their apathy and burst forth with expectations and demands of a better world, much as they did in the 60's.

ONe thing im sure is gonig to be highly significant is the Pluto Uranus square. This will be a continuation and further resolution of the energies that played out with the Pluto Uranus conjunct of the mid 60's. I had been kind of thinking this myself anyway. I find that idea fascinating.

For sure i believe the 60's did change the world to a big degree, much of our popular ideas on humanitarianism, environmentalism, spirituality etc, were born at there time, and since that time they have gradually been integrated more into the collective.

But don’t you ever have a feeling that the 60's was unfinished business ? I Defiantly have always had that feeling. I once read a very interesting true life story about three young woman who lived through the heart of the 60's in America, it started from there early Uni days around 63 i think, right through the heady 67, 68 days, to the end of the whole thing in 69-70. That book also gave the impression of unfinished business.

Like the battle between a new way of doing things - more love in society, no wars, liberalism and freedom, more connection with nature and on the other hand reactionary forces that still wanted things like Vietnam, sexual repression, racism, no concern about nature etc. Ultimately i think the liberals got the upper hand, if you look at the way society is now to how it was then, but it feels like the duality is still very much out there. The confrontation between the two forces in society was never truly reconciled.

I think this time its not going to be just a fringe youth on the one hand in woodstock, polarised enormously against the establishment, it will be a breakdown of that duality in that this time the two energies are so much brought out into the open, opened out into the collective consciousness and events that are unfolding, that a truer resolution between the two energies has to be found.

Its also very interesting in this context to remember how some of the best analysis of the "war on terror" conflict historically, shows how it was a clash of two reactionary forces to the liberalism of the 60's, the fundamentalists in the middle east hate this as much as the reactionary forces of the right wing in America. Remember that excellent BBC documentary produced by Adam Curtis, "The Power of Nightmares" note the title was subtitled The Rise of the Politics of Fear.

So whats the opposite to Fear ? Love, acceptance, tolerance, an openness to different cultures, different ways of being, a oneness in diversity. This will be the showdown of the 2008 - 2015 peroid, i say 2008 because i think its defiantly started already.

Plutos opposition to Americas venus has already begun and kicks in big time next year. Interestingly one of the leading finacial astrologers was predicating a breakdown in the worlds finacial systems in 2008 as much as 3 years ago, because of a grand square involving saturn pluto and venus i think it was this year. Ive been reading about the Credit Crisis in George Soros new book, nobody understands the markets like him, he rushed the book out this March. It looks an extremely significant turn when you read his analysis of it. He says that this credit bubble has been in the making for the last 25 years, the crash he says will really expose the fundamental mistake in thinking the markets are self correcting, that they tend to equilibrium themselves. This Free market religion stuff, promoted heavily by Freidmon, that Soros has never belived in, and infact he says he made his fortune by spotting when the market was out of balance.

Soros thinks the depression in America will be as severe as the 30's, from the perspective of the financial markets at least. He belives this is an abrupt end to the old market paradigm of hands off managment and a new one needs to be now developed, for which he has wrote this book.

If he is right, and in my book there is probably no better comentator in the world on this issue, this could be one of the most significant 2012 things in the 3D world yet. Because it would be an admision that the markets should serve us, not we follow the market. Currently the world global finacial markets are were all the global power is, you can look at the vast flows of money around our planet as the flows of blood in its veins. What will happen now is the Brain of the world will have a fundamental shift in how that blood works, how it flows.

The thinking on these issues though they may apear to be abstract actuly dictates the way much of our world is run with G8 meetings and the like.

This kind of thing wont be talked about much in the mainstream popular press, but it is extremely important. Just as important as the free market religion that was installed by Friedman, Thatcher and Regan will be its current breakdown.

In a strange sort of way the mistakes of America are leading the world to new solutions by its breakdown. I have always belive this will happen, America is both the centre of the problem and the source of the new solutions, though the rise of the east (china, india) comes into the equation too, and European liberalism also, its truly a global change.

Also worth noting is that both Saturn and Pluto are also forming individual Septile aspects - Saturn with the Sun (which is conjunct Juno) and Pluto with Neptune.

This is all occurring at 11:11 GMT Dec. 21, 2012 when the Sun is exactly at 0 Capricorn when the Sabian of 30 Sag - "The Pope" gives way to 1 Cap - "An Indian chief demanding recognition."

The Septile aspects are of the 7th Harmonic which is linked to the sacred and holy as in the 7th day. There is a both a fated and irrational quality to this aspect.

<Actually the date of the Yod is Dec. 21 not 12. The Sabian degree for the apex, Jupiter (which rules Sag - the archer) is 9 Gemini - "A quiver filled with arrows". The opposite point which is also important in ascertaining areas the Yod will manifest is 9 Sagitarrius who's Sabian is "A mother with her children on the stairs". Venus is very close at 7 Sag - "Cupid knocking on the door" as is Mercury at 15 Sag - The groundhog looking for its shadow". >

fascinating stuff Steven. I think this is the core of what its about, mother with her child, conected wtih venus, maternal love, geting ready to ascend on the stairs, adn shoot a quiver full of arrows.

So is this knowledge of the importance of the sacred feminine, feminine love, love of mother earth, along with all its other manifestations, shooting out inot our learning, our understanding, comunicating (gemini) to achive growth for the world (Jupiter).

One thing looks for sure, Dec 21st (sorry thats the date i meant before, my and my typo's!) 2012 is at the centre of so many transits that look imensly important over a stretch of around 8 years or so. And if that is the centre of the change, youd expect the aspect at its centre to be very significant, like some kind of Key.

They Yod, if you follow the arrow, is the way out, the way forward, resolution of the problems maybe that the mighty Pluto and Urans square is asking us to resolove. Unfinished business from the 60's at this galatic 26,000 year cycle point, time to fully resolve. Im going to study this stuff more, really interesting, i need to learn about the Mayan stuff too ! if we can integrate the two better i think that will give clearer pictures of the energy changes.
